Gil Student created Talmud.FaithWeb.com, an early internet website that sought to explain the Talmud to everyday people online. His original Statement of Purpose read: “Many lies about the Jewish Talmud circulate on the internet. These allegations are often supported by ‘direct quotations’ that are frequently inaccurate or taken out of context. Most people lack the scholarly background to verify these claims and have no way of knowing that these accusations are false and malicious. We aim to demonstrate in detail how these accusations are both wrong and intentionally misleading, revealing the true nature of the Talmud to the world.” Gil’s writings are owned entirely by him and are being preserved to educate future generations on HaShem.Faith.
